Refund policy

Sage Lane Cottage will be happy to assist you with any returns or exchanges within the first 30 days of purchase or delivery. Gift exchanges have a 60 day window from the date of purchase (gift receipt must be presented at time of exchange). If an item has been damaged during shipping or proven defective due to improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance, Sage Lane Cottage will either replace the item or provide a full refund if the item is no longer available. Please note, Sage Lane Cottage is not responsible for shipping + handling costs for returns or exchanges. To complete a return or exchange please stop into our store. For online orders please email us at sagelanecottage@gmail.com with the product, reason for return or exchange, and your order number. You may also use the contact form listed at the bottom of our website.
